What To Do if the Electricity Goes Off

First, check the fuses or circuit breaker. Then check your neighborhood to determine if the electricity is off in your area. If the area electricity is off, call Southern Pioneer Electric and report it by calling 1-866-668-8800 or 620-624-7309, 24 hours a day.

When reporting an outage, please report:

• your name and phone number
• location of the service and account number
• all information pertaining to the outage to help Southern Pioneer personnel locate the problem so power may be restored quickly
